Using subliminal music can help improve one’s life. The subconscious mind is controlled by our conscious mind.
Our conscious mind is controlled mainly by what we hear, see and imagine, just think how listening to subliminal music, could change you into a brand new person without any conscious effort on your part, it has helped many others to transform their way of thinking, and this must be worth a try!
Track I of the CD is a relaxation session with subliminal music.
Track one should not be played whiles driving or anytime you need to be alert.
Track 2. Is a music track with subliminal suggestions embedded in the music, this track can be played anytime.
What are subliminal suggestions?
Subliminal suggestions are embedded into music so that they cannot be heard.
The work on the same frequencies the dog whistle, which is above the human hearing range.
The suggestions therefore go straight into the mind, and the person acts on the suggestions they hear.
The suggestions on this CD are that you are calm and relaxed, and although you can’t hear them, you will act on them, and become calm and relaxed.
The subliminal messages on this tape were recorded in a studio, and the original copy is with Therapy training4u. So you can rest assured you are hearing only good positive subliminal messages.
An article in Time magazine in 1979, titled, Secret Voices, reported that nearly 50 department stores in the U.S. were using subliminal messages in the music systems to reduce shoplifting and employee theft. Messages such as, "be honest" "pay for the goods" had great results in reducing store theft.
Subliminal suggestion tapes were also played to a section of prisoners, the prisoners who had the subliminal suggestions played to them showed improved behaviour.
They also used subliminal music in adverts, a cinema showed messages saying "buy popcorn" and in the break they had a surge of people going to the foyer for popcorn.
As this CD hypnosis for relaxation it is important to observe safe practice guide lines.
No harm can came to you through playing the CD, but we have to make sure you do not have any conditions that could make it unwise for you to be hypnotised.
Not everyone is suitable to receive hypnosis, there are some medical conditions where it is not advisable to be hypnotised.
Also for safety reasons the CD should not be given to a third party, as there are warnings on the CD that is should not be played whilst driving or anytime you need to be alert. Someone could copy the CD and leave the warning off which could cause an incident.
